Our girl's day!

 I mean...two little girls..........have my heart and I just loved that we got to spend the day with them!

Alexis was able to shadow and see what all Maggie's appointments looked like, today, since she is thinking of going that route as her career. I loved that she got the opportunity to do it and spend time and see how much Maggie is progressing!

Meanwhile, Lily and I got to take Reese on a 'fun day!' She picked what we did and we enjoyed getting our nails done (well, Lily and Reese did...ole Momma, yeah, I didnt) :) shopping and then lunch back with everyone once appointments were over! We also go to see Meg and Chase's new home too!

Reese was in awe! It was only her 2nd time to get her nails done and she just smiled and smiled!

Meanwhile this was Alexis with Maggie! Getting to understand what the Speech therapist/feeding specialist does with Maggie to help her learn to chew and eat better! So awesome! 

We had lunch with Mal and LaLa before heading home! It was a great day!

for SURE doesnt help with ANYTHING concerning them....................

like doesnt even feed them or is concerned about it...unless he happens to hear Aubie meowing (like he specifically does when he wants attention...and food) then he yells for Lily to come do it.

Our Christmas light tradition!

 Always love this night! We are in our comfy clothes and we go get a treat at Dugger Mountain, blast Elvis (specifically White Christmas so we can hear Tyler sing it) and ride around looking at Christmas lights!

Well, that is just what we did Wednesday night! ONLY problem is......we left to get to Dugger before they closed only to see their sign that they closed early. So...no Dugger. Then we decided to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant, since we were there, and THEY were CLOSED too.............

so....we ended up at another Mexican place...(which didnt disappoint) and then went through the McDonalds drive thru for treats...and then we headed to the 'Christmas house' and then drove around looking at lights!

Though the tradition changed a little this year, we still had a great time and memories were made!

Cheer Christmas fun!

 It worked out that on the same night as Lily's friend Dirty Santa dinner, Alexis had her cheer Christmas party. 

Reese ended up spending the night with us...and Alexis ended up spending the night with some of her cheer friends after, so they both carried on the fun!

Today as I type this, both girls.........(and Reese is still here) have not made a peep because yeah, no sleep was had (which I will never understand) but they are now exhausted. :) Made for a very relaxing and quiet day today for me! :)

Dirty Santa-Lily style!

 Lily has been waiting for this day....for a couple of weeks now!

Last night, it finally came!

A good bit of her friends were not able to come due to allll the busy things with everyone but the ones that did, they had a great time!

Mrs. Sara and I enjoyed dinner and chatting while watching the girls do Dirty Santa and have fun eating and chatting with each other!

It was a great evening!

Such a sweet group of girls!.................that are in full teen mode and still 'silly' too...! :)

A merry work day!

 We are FINISHED with work and on Christmas break................once today ends! ha!

We had a great Christmas lunch, hosted by the President, and it was great to see all the JSU staff and enjoy a fun day with everyone!

We gave these two their birthday gifts............since they are now the big 9! I mean WOW at 9 already!

 We had a PACKED full Sunday!

Alexis headed to her friends dirty Santa party after we got home from Christmas with Nannie, and all the group. They had a great time and MORE food! :)

Alexis made the cutest sign for them to take pictures by! It turned out so good! She is so talented!

A Reese Christmas!

 Always love hanging out with this crew! This year we had pretty much everyone which hasnt been in years!

I LOVE alllll the babies! My girls LOVES all the babies and how they always want to be by them or them hold and play with them! So sweet!

TONS of food and fun times!

The cousin crew! OH they are all SO sweet! I love each one and love how each one is so different and special!

SO exciting that next year...there will be a new BABY GIRL added to this mix! Meagan surprised us (through her Dirty Santa gift) to tell us they are having a girl! (in June!) :)

 We enjoyed Christmas brunch at the Classic and it was just as good as I remember from awhile ago! We havent been there in a while and it was nice to enjoy it with Nan, Pawpaw and Brandi!

Our weekend

Our weekend was a mild one. We didnt do much. We stayed home all day, Saturday, and just enjoyed relaxing and watching football! Tyler grilled out hamburgers and we just kept it low-key!

Sunday was full of Church and lunch and it also helped get us more into the Christmas spirit!

We enjoyed going to Hillcrest to watch the Children's Christmas performance...with pretty much the while Ray crew being involved! 

Loved having a relaxing weekend as we are about to be busy, busy and in full swing with all things Christmas!

So Maria won...and got to challenge Crissy to the last event....of the first person to build a snowman using only your mouth and the marshmallows! 

Crissy ended up being the grand winner and got the prize!

Chaulsie had to leave early so snagged a picture!

Love these ladies! And....when I put on the invite to 'GO bold and decked out for Christmas' with your attire...Crissy went FULL on Cousin Eddy! Bahaha!...she won best dressed!

Tyler and the girls enjoyed dinner....and apparently a very expensive Wal-Mart trip (yeah the girls took FULL advantage of shopping with him!!) and then basketball games! They had a great night and came home with wins too!

Ella Jingle is back!

 I know...I know..

my girls are no longer believers.......

I have to say, I have actually loved that they dont believe in Santa, any longer, because now we go on trips and do things 'differently' and it is just way more fun!

Now, dont get me wrong......I was CRUSHED when it ended. I was so sad that they no longer believed because I loved seeing them so excited for Santa and Ella Jingle too! Seeing them soooo excited on Christmas morning will always be special memories!

But...to say that I dont have to worry with moving Ella Jingle....yeah, I am not so sad! BUT, I still have to bring her and all of her friends out on December 1st anyways! NO question!

And...both girls enjoyed seeing her back so that was a bonus also!

December 1st is always a favorite day because it kicks off one of my favorite months (minus the cold!) :)

SOOO....I saw the 'Apple Watch' idea on Instagram and thought I just HAD to do it to Lily since she had said she wants an apple watch!

So, Ella Jingle..........well, she brought her an Apple Watch! bahaha!

I mean...flashback!..........this was JUST yesterday I promise! :)

This was ALWAYS my most fun but HARDEST to do because me trying to sneak into their rooms while they were asleep and try and see in the dark to do their noses...........without them waking up....SO hard!..but worth it! ha!
