We LOVE visiting the Messers!
We LOVE going to Mitchell and Brittney's over the 4th as that has become a long standing tradition. So, since it did not work out this year, we decided to do a road trip to Fort Worth!
Normally we have flown when we have visited, but we hit the road and had the best trip!
We had intended on landing in Monroe Louisiana but when we got there super early, we decided to keep driving and made it all the way to the Texas line before calling it a night! It left only a couple of hours drive to hit Fort Worth so we met the Messers for lunch and then went back to their house and spent the rest of the day by the pool! Perfection!
It was a great and easy drive. We took our time. Stopped to eat, stopped to shop and then stopped to go bowling before finding a hotel to crash!
A huge bowling pin! It was fun to play!
Day 2, enjoyed lunch and then this the rest of the day and night! So nice!
