Grow Therapy-Senior shadow day!

 I wanted to go ahead and share since it is tomorrow, that Alexis has her Senior Shadow day as a Speech Therapist! 

She will be working the hours at Grow Therapy in Oxford!

She is so excited and I am so excited for her!

She will get to spend time with the babies and the kids that will be coming in and this could also lead to a possible opportunity in the future as she studies to become one!

Cant wait to hear about her day!

We showed her (and found it) yesterday while we were in Oxford, so she is READY!

For her school, project, she will have to do a paper and presentation on her experience there. All fun things as she is about to finish up her school year!

Our FUN day with Grey!

 I asked Grey what he wanted for his birthday or if he would like to have a 'FUN DAY' with us. He said he wanted a fun day so that is exactly what we did!

After Church and lunch we headed to pick him up and then came back to our house and they played and played and did the swings ,etc before Misty picked us up and we headed to the Lantern Festival at Noccalula Falls!

Playing outside and Tyler found a frog. He was messing with Greysyn about it but then it started hopping so Lily and him didnt know about it after that!

Train all the way around with the Lanterns was fun!

These two became best buds! Calhoun was trying to be all 'big' and help 'guide' Greysyn and help him with any and everything too! ha!

His favorite part! They moved and made sounds and he even rode one!

All of them lit up at night was beautiful!

THIS thing was BIGGER than his body! ha! He couldnt even put a dent in this cotton candy! ha! And, notice on his neck. Yeah, he wanted a dragon................ :)

This was weird. And a little creepy (in my opinion) and I tried to not laugh so loud that everyone was thinking I was being rude..but this was so odd to me! ha!

He danced around....and his mask changed colors the whole time. ha! So odd! :)

Then this girl...WOW! Talented! She had that table flipping and flopping and all the things!

We ate a late dinner (at Jacks' per Greysyn's choice since it was his 'birthday' and because none of the other kids could agree on one place) :) and then called it a night! It was fun and Grey said he had a great time! (That's all that counts!) :)

Our little man is 8!

 8 is great!

Greysyn had his 8th birthday party Saturday and it was skating! He is a PRO! I mean, he was so fast and just went around....and around...and around!

We headed to the fun once Lily was finished with her Track Meet and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon celebrating him AND seeing alllll the Murphy babies too!

We ended the night with Tyler grilling out and sitting outside on the back deck and both girls having spend the night parties at someone else's home. It was nice! :)

THIS girl! CRACKED me up! It was her first time to ever skate and BOY was it a work out! ha! She loved doing it but Tyler called her 'Jello legs!' and she was like 'NO, Tyler I do not have jello on my legs!' ha!

Playing games were a must too!

Lily's first Track Meet of her 2nd season

 Yeah....Saturday did not go so hot. She, I just dont know, was not in the game.

When Lily gets in her stubborn moods (and she knows what Im saying because her Daddy and I (with her) had a long discussion about it) she just does not do her full potential.

Well, she didnt want to do the 3200. She was mad about it the whole time. Well, when she doesnt want to do something.....her results were what they were. Even to where she yelled over, 'I hate this.' (Yeah, long talk about that too)

Then she was mad about the 3200 which led into the 1600. She bombed the 1600. But then did end on a slightly better note with the 800.

So, goodness. It was a long Saturday..............but a beautiful one......once if finally became sunny and warmed up!

She better (and should) have her mind right for the next meets. There's that.

Tyler giving P a pep talk too....because...she is 'new' to track...and tried to pace with Lily (which only hurt her time). It was so funny because Pearson goes.... 'Next time, I will have Lily pace with me because I knew we could run faster and we will next time.' :)
