Alexis had a big day, yesterday, as a Senior showing off her Pinnacle Project that they have worked on all year. I absolutely love this idea and think it is so great to help the students understand what they may want to be once they are out of high school.
I had the privilege of going to the school to hear them speak on their topics since I helped do their mock interviews. Hearing all of the ones I spoke to tell me that they decided what they had originally chosen was not for them and then how what they did was. I actually was really glad to hear some of them say that what they thought they wanted to do, they have decided against. The last thing you want to do is go into college and take a lot of classes, etc and decide, late, that the path isnt for you so knowing sooner is beneficial!
Her board looked super cute, of course! She is so creative!
Proud of my girl! And, enjoyed it on my birthday!
