Lily is trucking through her track season. We were up BRIGHT and early to do the one Saturday. It was a full and busy day!
She ran the 3200 and the 1600. She ran the 3200 at 16.03 and then the 1600 at 6:45. She didnt PR...in fact, she really didnt run to her potential but her times still reflected well.......for a 7th grader. That is where we are running into a problem because, yes, she is a 7th grader, but her potential is SO much higher than that.
She gets in her head, and gets mad...then stubborn and so, ya know.... BUT, she is trucking along and overall the team is having a great season!
It was such a beautiful day!
