I mean...........
Let me give you the breakdown of a day in the life of Tyler!
Yesterday, he did the following:
5:00am he left for the 5:15am F45 workout class that lasts 45 minutes
after F45: he tried out YOGA (for the first time that he told me he was 'one and done on that' ha! :)
then came home and took a quick shower and then worked ALL day!
Followed by golf with the JSU Golf League after work then once he got home from golf, he changed and then left to play Pickleball.
He didnt get home until 9:30pm!
Yeah...........
ALL in one day!
Then this morning, after all of that yesterday, he was up and gone at 5:00am for the F45 class again!
Can you spot him out there?
Lily and I went to say hello after I picked her up from VBS! We watched them for a minute before heading home since it was late. I was surprised that most all the courts were full too! It was good to see all those college students enjoying the night and getting some fun outdoor time in!..........
then those two 'old guys' over there too in the mix! ha!
Him and Dave were playing singles and BOY they were playing hard!
