I get a call from Alexis and she is SO excited to tell me about her being the first person to receive the 'Lucky Ducky' award at cheer!
It is awesome that she was the first and it was determined by the coaches! Makes my heart burst to hear what it takes to receive it!
The person must:
Demonstrate strong leadership skills. A positive attitude. Be a role model for her teammates and represents the HIGH expectations of the cheer program!
I may want to pull my hair out with her sometimes........................but then seeing how she is and how hard she works in the things she does, makes me just burst!
