Lily was SO excited to tell me that her socks won for James Spann! Apparently James Spann wears 'funky' socks so Lily's class made socks and had a vote for the ones being presented to him.
She was so excited!
So today, he came and spoke!
She couldn't wait to tell him about her socks...and to listen to him...and then also tell him that I love his book of his the he wrote! ha! :)
You know...James Spann is a BIG deal! Him coming and speaking is HUGE! Celebrity status here in Alabama! :)

Not sure which one is Lily's winning pair.....but they are in there somewhere! :)
