At home Christmas!

OHHH....I LOVE when my home is filled with Christmas fun! The lights...the 'feeling'....just ALL of it! :)

The girls love their tree in the playroom! It has all of their fun ornaments, etc that they have made over the years!

Alexis and her 'grown up' tree! She refused to have her 'all pink' tree like she has in all the year's past. So, I went and changed up some new ornaments, etc, for her so now she has a 'grown' tree! :) She loves it!

Christmas filled fun weekend!

We had the best little weekend FULL of Christmas fun....mixed in with some swimming too! :)
Molly had her BIG 5 year birthday at the REC center...so everyone loved swimming in the winter time!

The whole crew! I skipped the party while Tyler took over the reigns so I could get some private Christmas shopping done! MUCH needed!

Then later on Saturday afternoon....this crew hung out and spent the night with each other now that Sydney's family is in our neighborhood! WHOO HOO! We are so happy they moved near us! They literally had only been in their house one day....and had people over! YEAH..I know! But...they have been SO excited to get in their new house....they didnt care that they had just moved in!
We all watched football, I helped Ashley with some unpacking and Lily, Callie and Pearson had fun with each other too!

One of these days...Alexis is going to look back at pictures and go 'WHY did you take a picture of me while I am looking like I do!?'
And...I am going to refer her back to THIS post and say....YOU wont cooperate while I take pictures...THIS face is alllll you! :)

Sunday morning...Lily wanted me to take a picture of her with Ella Jingle...and our tree with their panties all over it! :) She thought this was soooo funny! {Mainly because it had more of Alexis' panties than hers! ha! I couldnt get my hands, Ella Jingle couldnt find as many of Lily's panties or she would have had more!} :)

Sunday, after Church, we went to see the Nutcracker! We love doing this and it was so pretty! Alexis refused a picture {shocker} but Lily got one before the show started! We were also excited to see Madelyn {and several other of their dance friends} perform in it!

Then, we rushed home...grabbed goodies and Tyler...and headed to our Sunday school class Christmas party!
TONS of food and fun!

It pains me to write this...but the guys won again.....ugh! :) We had a great time playing Christmas games...girls against guys!

So, let me back up a couple of days!

Sunday..December 1st... Ella Jingle did not come.

We went to Church and alllll of the other elves...per Lily....came to her friends.

Well....I tried...Ella Jingle tried to just wait until the middle of the 1st week in December to come...but Lily was NOT having it! :)

So, THANK goodness, Ella Jingle decided to not wait...and came bright and early Monday morning...December 2nd! :)

I actually had to tell Lily....STOP coming in our bedroom...at 5:00 AM....to tell us what/where Ella Jingle was!

One morning....it was literally 5 in the morning...she comes running in..wakes me up...saying she can NOT find Ella Jingle!

So...Tyler actually gets up. {MUCH to my surprise} goes out....comes right back in...asks me..'Where is that stupid thing' {hahaha!} I tell him and then he goes out...tells Lily to cut the living room light on and look up and over! ha! She does...and I immediately hear her sooooooo excited as she spotted her!

Then yesterday....Ella Jingle was holding a sign that said naughty.

Lily {at 5 in the morning} comes in {again} to ask my thoughts on if Ella Jingle is saying she has been naughty....or if Ella Jingle is saying that herself is naughty! :) :)

At this point...I had to tell Lily...NO more coming in at 5 in the morning. WAIT until I am UP..then we can talk about allll of this! :)

Alexis has not had a care in the world about Ella Jingle and her doings...except for the 3rd day when she brought her a cute Christmas shirt! {OH.....her days are officially over! BOO!} :(

Kicking off Christmas with the 1st week in December!

we LOVE Christmas over here!

I just love everything about December....well, except the cold!

Now, I dont mind cold {because it is expected for the month} but just not bitter cold...wind, etc!

We had that a couple of days ago and now that it has past, it has been so much better!

We have already been in FULL swing of all things Christmas related!

We have started wearing our Christmas attire!

Ella Jingle has made her debut!! {More on that later in a post!}

Tyler and Lily attended the Jacksonville Christmas parade!

Lily and I went to the JSU Ballerinas Kick-mas show!

We listened to the JSU Singers as they caroled through our neighborhood!

I have my Christmas party tomorrow!

Just in the 1st week!

Alexis and I headed to her dance classes but Lily gets out sooner so she and her Daddy were able to make the parade! Lily came home with a FULL bag of candy! :)

They said it was a big parade and tons of people!

Then last night Lily and I had dinner with the Messer's {the girls chose Chick-fila} before going to the JSU Ballerinas 1st Kick-mas show! It was so fun and reminded me of a smaller version of The Rockette's Christmas show!
Alexis had gymnastics and so Tyler took her while Lily and I had all the fun!

 They did a great show! They worked really hard on all the routines....and that says something being in the midst of Finals, etc! I hope this becomes an annual event!

Her last C-team season!

She is growing up!

Today marked her last C-Team function!

She has loved cheering and I just love watching her do what she loves!

She has had a great season but I have to say...I missed not coaching her and hated some of the events that took place throughout the season but overall, she has been loving it!
