The Rudolph Musical!

 Lily and I enjoyed the Rudolph Musical last night! It was so cute and a perfect little night to have some Christmas cheer!

We had dinner with the Rays and the Messers before and then headed to the OPAC for the show.

So cute! They put on a great show!

My little and me! Alexis had to cheer two basketball games last night so Daddy to the rescue and took her. He was not sad to miss Rudolph....BOO! :)

JHS girls and boys teams both won against Anniston so Alexis was excited about cheering on their wins!

 Whew....its been busy!

Alllll the Christmas fun is happening...especially at work since we are winding down this final week!

Yesterday we had our area's Christmas lunch and then came back for our Secret Santa fun! Always a great time with this crew!

Then, today we had our Staff Christmas lunch with the entire University! Almost 500 staff members! It was delish and the entertainment was hilarious!

All the Christmas fun!

 We have been soaking up Christmas lately...and we all love it! Well....probably not Tyler...really...or as much...but I can tell you, the girls and I do love all the Christmas things! :)

We had a low-key weekend. We thought we were going to have really bad weather/tornados on Saturday but thankfully it just rained. It was a great day to curl up and relax! We had a Christmas party that night and then Sunday was full of Church and then we split off, Tyler and Lily had a lunch date and Lex and I had a lunch date and did some shopping. It was a beautiful chilled day to be out and about!

She is the only one that will really dress in actual Christmas attire these days....sigh! :)

Monday at school was Grinch day!..........so she wore her green!

Today was Christmas PJ day! Always her favorite.........and then there is Soccer! ha!

Life lately!

 Whew.....we have been busy...and doing fun things to get us in the holiday spirit too!

We had a School event for Christmas at the new Big Time Entertainment this past week and it was so much fun! We had food, bowled and rode the go-carts! I havent been since they just opened and it was really nice! My girls were jealous so we are going to need to take them sometime. It was fun!

Lily and I went to the Nutcracker and it is always a fun time! Lily loved watching all of her friends that danced in it especially Madelyn!

Lily has been busy with Christmas dress up days at school this week! This day was Christmas sock day so she wore her socks outside her jeans! :)

Michale Buble........and Christmas music.......my favorite! Lily and I curled up under cozy blankets with the Christmas lights on watching...perfection!

 We had our last Church Wednesday night for the year and the kids had so much fun....and bonus....parents got to come for the fun and dinner too!

 Lily has been loving doing all the fun things with Ella Jingle since she is now in charge! This was one of Lily's doings with her! :)

Always sing your song! Alexis' first Choir concert!

 The day Alexis found out that I registered her to be in Choir for school when she saw her schedule......OH MY she was MAD at me! MAD! She did NOT want to do it...she couldnt believe that I would put her in that class and that she was not going to sing in front of anyone....

well....

fast forward...........

she apologized..........LOVES Choir and absolutely SHINED tonight during her first concert!

Last year...because of COVID, she didnt get to have a concert....well...this year we got to watch her and OH I just loved hearing her sing!

Beautiful!

She is just growing...and beautiful...and I could go on and on! They sang a song titled Always Sing your Song. I pray she always sings her song and has God's light shine from within her!

Taking State!

 Alexis and her cheer squad made it to State and today was the day for them to shine!

I felt so bad for them because they were first on the mat out of 23 squads!

I know....

BUT...they got to enjoy a fun afternoon with each other and spend the night together and then they were READY to go this morning first thing!

They did AWESOME!

I mean the best performance they have done! They didnt place but they gave it their all and left it on the mat!

SO proud of them!

Alexis and I enjoyed a fun lunch together at Taco Mama before heading home and relaxing the rest of the afternoon until we had to get ready for her 1st Choir concert!

Alexis was SO excited about alllll the things! She was just beaming! They left Sunday afternoon...all loaded up together and went to B'ham. Got into their rooms and had some bonding activities...hung out...ordered Buffalo Wild Wings....laughed and just made sweet memories!

Bright and early this morning....heading over to the Crossplex!

Lily's Dirty Santa night!

 As the yearly tradition goes....Carrie and I host the 'Littles' and the 'Bigs' Dirty Santa party! I had the 'littles' last year but since I had the Fairy hair, I decided to host them again!

They had a blast playing Christmas games, dancing to Christmas music, eating, playing Dirty Santa and just laughing and hanging out with each other!

Sweet friends and sweet memories!

They are just growing up too fast and really arent 'little' anymore!

So while they were having fun...Alexis and her friends were having a blast too! I dont have any pictures from her party but heard alllll about it and how much fun she had eating, hanging with friends, playing Dirty Santa and making Tik Toks! You know those teenage girls.....and Tik Toks! :)

We did a progressive type deal this year and ended at the Sorianos at the end. I think this rotating will be a new tradition starting!

Of course on my end....we had to play a game or two! This cracks me up! My boss really got in to it with Misty leading! ha!

Crissy wasnt there but her socks were from last year! She gave me these....and didnt realize how small my feet are! bahaha! This was a highlight of the night.......me wearing these the whole time!

My last Ella Jingle...........

 It's December 1st!

Cannot believe it! 

I am SO sad this is my last Ella Jingle....but also SO happy! ha!

 Ella Jingle always brings her friends along with her on the 1st day of December along with a fun little welcome back gift to the girls! :) Lily always loves this because she can touch Ella Jingle's friends....just not Ella Jingle! :)

 My last time having to remember to do something with her! It is bittersweet! :)

My last note to write! It actually made me tear up! My girls are growing up tooooo fast!

Jacksonville Christmas parade!

 We look forward to the Christmas parade every year!

Alexis had two basketball games in Alexandria so her and I booked it there and back and made it to watch most of the parade! (Which was a surprise because the games were delayed but thankfully there were a TON of Jeeps from the 'Jeep Club' that decided to decorate their jeep and be in the parade so it made it HUGE! :)

Tyler and Lily enjoyed dinner with the big crew and watching the first portion of the parade until we got there!

The weather was perfection for a night out enjoying too!

Alexis ditched us and watched the parade with this crew and then they all ate at Waffle House after.
