Hunkering down!

So...

We are hunkering down here at the Law home in the midst of Hurricane Irma approaching.

The hurricane has taken a different course and is now headed our way! Texas is in the process of getting over Hurricane Harvey...only for now Hurricane Irma to brew! :(

On the 'fun' note....JSU and Kittystone are out Monday and Tuesday so we are set to have a longer weekend than we have expected!

My hopes and prayers are that this hurricane weakens tremendously when it hits land later on tonight and we only get some ran and no strong storms or wind!!

Big prayers going up!

So, since we are hunkering down...we are making the most of this beautiful day today in case we have to get stuck inside the next couple of days!

I love all things Fall....but always dread hurricane season...and the fact that Winter is next! BOO!

Friday night...we traded in the Friday night football lights to head to the JSU Volleyball team's 1st home game of the season! We love JSU Volleyball and had a great time rooting them on!

The girls caught the mini volleyballs when the starting crew's names were called out! They love to try and catch them!

I didnt get a single picture from the game yesterday! Our Golden Eagles beat Rainbow City Panthers BIG time! It was a beautiful Saturday full of football! That is the time of life we are in! We ate lunch with Nan, Brandi and Gran to cap off the afternoon before I did the dreaded WalMart run while the girls went over and played at Nan's for a little bit! Too bad the night didnt go as we had hoped when Cremson beat Auburn! BOO!
This morning I helped out in the Children's Ministry and saw this view when I checked in on Lily! She loves Church..and really loves when it is 'free time' to play! These three were cooking up a storm! Jackson was cracking me up in his little chef's hat! :)

Lily was super busy calling the orders! Jackson was trying to keep up with them all! :) :)

We did some shopping before letting the girls pick House of Chen for lunch! Lily wanted me to take a picture of her putting on her new lip gloss! :)

Once we finally got home, this view was most of the rest of the afternoon! Lily worked on matching the upper and lower case letters and then put them in alphabetical order from there!

While Alexis worked on her math homework that is due! Luckily for her...it now isnt due until Wednesday!.......... Not so lucky for her, I gave her more to carry her through the two days we are out!
