YEP!!!
RAIN!
We have not had a substantial rain amount in months and months so for it to rain two big times in one week.............. has been historic!
To see everything starting to die and dry up and all of the wild fires destroying everything....
it was a relief to see rain and have hope that it is helping!
It is starting to get a little colder too so it is actually starting to feel like Fall/Winter-ish! :)
Ella Jingle is getting in the groove of getting used to be with us! She is up to 'no good' these days too! I also am VERY thankful that I wake up before the girls do..........and the fact that my brain starts running and rolling while in the shower because ALREADY I am struggling on remembering her! OH ME!.............I still have a lot of days left of doing that elf! :)
Lily is still into doing her own hair. In fact, tonight at Church.....she had it fixed with {20} clips in it along with two pig tails. Everyone complimented her on her very on 'hair-do!' She ate it up! :)
Alexis is still into wearing a 'bow bow' like JoJo too! :)
At Church lately....the girls and their friends have been practicing for their performance for the Christmas program that they are going to do! Cant wait for it!
so I decided to wear my rain boots to work Tuesday since it would be 'wet' outside and there was a chance of rain for yesterday too.
Well, should have worn them today. There was NO rain Tuesday and it flooded today when, of course, I had to go to Wal-Mart!! Would have been smarter to wear them on the day it actually rained! :)
And tonight.....this group practiced Christmas carols because they are going caroling in a couple of weeks! :)
They also learned about what happened to the dinosaurs. It was really awesome to hear about them and what the Bible says about how they were destroyed with the great flood and then because of the ice age the ones that were left because of the ones on Noah's Ark....died leaving them then extinct! The kids watched a demonstration of the volcanoes and how they helped cause the great flood come when God told Noah that there would be a flood. The kids thought it was super cool to learn about and see all of it!
