We have been skating away this week!
From roller skating to ice skating!
SOOOOO fun!
We are soaking up Christmas break, post Christmas, so Monday we hit the roller skating rink in Oxford!
Ready to try out her new skates!
Knee pads....check.........elbow pads....check....she later had on her 'skate' gloves...check....ready to skate!.....check and check! :)
I hate these pictures turned out blurry. The lighting was sooo bad and dark in there! Which made it fun because there were black lights and fun music so they girls loved it! :)
Trying it out! Alexis didnt like skating on the actual floor............
She chose the carpet! Tyler walked around with her a couple of times and then she did it the rest of the time by herself! Same for Lily! They raced each other around.......on the carpet! :)
Yesterday we hit Birmingham! Alexis got her new American Girl doll all dressed and ready with her ice skates on too!

For whatever reason..... ice skating is easier than roller skating! :)
Both girls did awesome skating! They did it all by themselves!
After skating...we did some shopping! I looked over and saw this! It made me laugh so hard!
And to continue the fun...we checked out Meg's new apartment! It is sooo cute and she has it decorated so cute too!
We were not done with the fun. We met the Murphy crew at Jim n Nicks for dinner and then hit the lanes! Cosmic bowling....plus all of them...equals sooooo fun!
Alexis bowled soooo well!
