Alexis and Alexa both did a great job today during their speaking parts and lighting the first Advent candle at Church!
They both were a little nervous but by the 2nd service....they were pros!
Alexis had a huge speaking part and did great! Super proud of her!
On a different note, Auburn lost last night against UGA in the SEC Championship. Auburn just didnt step it up. Sad! We were glad to head to Nan and Pawpaw's for the Christmas dinner to get away from the TV since the game was going downhill! We did find out today that Auburn will be playing in the Peach Bowl against UCF on New Years day...so that will be exciting!
The girls and I have started this awesome Advent calendar book! We have LOVED it so far! It tells a special story out of the Bible for each day leading up to Christmas day! They love to open the number puzzle piece and put it on the tree and read the story! I am SO glad I got this and we are doing it as a family!

The second service! Sweet Alexa got the hang of the lighter to light the candle better at this service!...and Alexis wasnt as nervous reading in this one too! :) :)
Then I just had to have a picture of this sweet little man who came home with us and spent the afternoon playing! He looked so handsome at Church so I had to snag a picture! I am in love! It is the perfect picture of him! :)
They played and played and played on this gorgeous day! He is the official first friend in the treehouse! They celebrated with a popsicle! :) We headed to the Killingsworth's house and played with Collins..and then headed to Jackson's house and played for a little bit when I took Jackson home. It was such a beautiful day to be outside with friends!
